For those of you who manage services for your customers i Advania Marketplace, you can log in and accept the agreement for your customers.

But to perform this action correctly you have to get approval from each customer that they have read and accept the Microsoft Cloud Agreement.

To be able to fill in the steps in Control Panel, you need to get the First Name, Last Name, Email Adress and Phone Number of the person from the customer who has approved the agreement.

Very Important! This approval must be saved as a material to be able to refer to in the future. You can save it in CRM. This only applies to those who do this step for their customers.

To accept this step you need to log in with your account to Advania Markteplace on

In Customer Control Panel, visit Office 365 tab on your left side and then you will see your option to accept Microsoft Cloud Agreement.

When you have a basis for the customer’s acceptance, fill in their Contact details and choose ”Accept” as below:

Now it’s done!
